RecommendedWe just moved here from Kansas City and are still transitioning to be full time here in Omaha. Our dog, Sammy, gets extremely anxious at the vet, to the point where she won't even entertain treats (that is saying a lot because she is very food motivated). We just took her to update her vaccinations and they did so fantastic with calming her down. These doctors here do not know how to handle dogs. They seem to think if a dog is nervous the best solution is to crowd them, smother them, and be loud. As if behavior they're not at used to being around is going to solve anything. I nearly walked out of my appointment. By far the worst experience I've ever had and I'm concerned any work I've done with my dog to get him used to new people and new situations has been undone. Friendly staff, they address us and our fur babies by name. They are gentle and caring. I like that Dr. Tieman takes as much time as needed to make sure the pet parents understand the health of their babies, and most importantly he treats the animals like his own. Dr. Luxford is very nice and gentle w the animals too and has done a good job with my kids. But I see Dr. Tieman more than Dr. Luxford only because I think of Dr. Tieman as my fur babies primary care doctor and Dr. Luxford is his backup. Dr. luxford is also great, ... read more

RecommendedI took my pup to establish care today. everyone was so friendly. They listened well about my dogs medical history. she has addison's disease and requires extensive care. they made sure she was up to date and everything she needs and requested her medical records from her previous vet. I am glad I switched care and wish I had sooner.

RecommendedAmazing staff, they really care about pets and Dr. Tiemann save 2 of my cats with surgeries. one was in 2014 the other one a few weeks back 2018. I highly recommend him! we will go back and take all our 4 cats with him.
