These people were the worst, least professional, rude, unqualified, UNPREPARED people I've dealt with in YEARS. It's SHOCKING they consider themselves in business. They couldn't even get right, a petcock rebuild kit and a set of yamaha rear brake pads for the popular v-star models. If I weren't so pissed off by them leading me on for day's while waiting on a ups delivery, to get NOTHING for my patience, I'd have laughed in their face on my way out their door. AVOID like the plague!
Without a doubt the most unprofessional, rudest people I have ever dealt with. I ordered a $300 tire, when it arrived they were supposed to call me, they never did I had to contact them. I had to wait about 5 weeks before I could finally pick it up because I had to go out of state so I called before I did to make sure everything was okay before my pickup and the receptionist Megan showed nothing but rudeness. I think some folks who think poorly of this place have never stepped foot in the back! The service guys have TONS of work, more than they can get to sometimes. I bought an old Hondamatic motorcycle - one of the first fully automatic motorcycles - which had spark but could not stay running. I bought it cheap and took it to Western Hills Honda where the service guy told me it might take some time - scavaging for old parts, taking time to run everything down...and I was fine with that.
