I used Western Hills builder supply for a very large project in 2024. My sales person was RYAN and here’s what happened I ordered about $10,000 worth of travertine tile. One of the skids was the wrong color at the end of the project I contacted RYAN and he picked up the excessive items that I had Including the skid of wrong colored travertine. RYAN asked for my credit card number and he said that I would get a credit for all of the items, including the skids that I returned one year later I have not gotten the credit can’t g... read more
