Nice neighborhood, good people. Reasonably priced.
Nice Area, Clean, Good Deal – I am a single woman that has lived at Western Hills for several years. It is a nice area, reasonably priced and really convenient. I have never had any issue that management didnt take care of in a fast efficient manner. The units are a bit small, but for the price, it is worth it. They added Digital Cable tv and wifi as part of the rent. I plan to stay here until I am able to afford my own home.
Unprofessional owner, dingy apartments – Rented here for nearly 2 years. I was a junior in college when I first rented in this complex. The only complaints I had at the beginning was that all my neighbors smoked and the smell would seep into my apartment through the vents. There was also a string of car break-ins while I was there that the owner didn't do anything about.
