My daughter came down very ill on our vacation, the staff at the motel went out of their way to get us into rooms we could stay in despite being booked! We were able to take our daughter to the hospital and rest easy knowing our family had a place to stay so far from home! Max was amazing! A big thanks to all of them for helping us!! The rooms were huge and super clean very grateful for you all
The rooms are clean and the hotel staff is very friendly. But there are quite a few issues with this hotel. (1) there are three floors to the hotel, but there’s no elevator. (2) they don’t have any luggage carts. So it’s a problem if you have a lot of stuff. (3) they don’t provide basic items for the room due to Covid: ice buckets, plastic liners for the garbage, etc. You have to go to the front desk if you want these items.
