This post could have only been written by the one & ONLY ASHLEY ATKINS...a tenant that...at the time of Karens employment there @ Western Heights Apartments...was indeed the most undesirable tenant...(along w/ all the rest of her family members that lived in her apartment)...that was not on her lease. When I came, rules started to be enforced under direct orders of the new management company...that Miss Ashley did not want to comply by...therefore causing a great deal of trouble that involved the Police on many occasions. well woodland hills is okay, but honestly I would not give it a good rating because I have had to fix everything myself considering every thing falls apart. Office staff are nice, overall I really dont like where i live
THE APARTMENT MANAGER (*KAREN) IS REALLY RUDEAND HAS NO RIGHT BEING A MANGER OF AN APARTMENT COMPLEX BECAUSE OF HER I NO LONGER ENJOY LIVING AT MY RESIDENCE. This place is really great. People are friendly, staff is also. Repairs are done that day.
Great place to live. Building maintained very well by professional maintenance staff. The best high-rise in Wilkes-Barre. Office staff very helpful & many planned activities for the residents.
