This company went over and beyond for me! HIGJLY RECOMMEND! Our furnace went out on the first day of winter... I had first called another company which diagnosed a bad control board. Called everywhere trying to locate one having no luck, but when I spoke to Darcy with Western heating she took it a step further to ask a few questions about my situation. Oil furnace maintenance – 150$. These fools came unprepared. I had to supply them with rags, a small bucket, and dispose of a pint of oil myself. They asked me to dump it on my property. I should have asked them to leave at that point. They also replaced 2 brand new air filters and charged me 10$ extra because only 1 is complimentary. I got to clean up the mess, and call twice for the receipt.
