Jose was great. Took time to explain the issue I am experiencing with my HVAC system and solution options.
It was time to replace the water heater. I had Western Heating and Air scheduled to check it out. Talking with the Technician, Dillon O'Hara, we decided it was time. He had a water heater on the truck and about two hours later we had hot water again. Thank Dillon!!!
