I called Western on Wednesday and had a tech out on Thursday. They sent out Johnny and he was great. Dug around in my gross old attic and came up with a solution quickly. No annoying up-charging or dishonest pricing. It was an incredibly fair price. Johnny was nice, professional, and reassuring. Highly recommend!
