Payson Simmons was awesome when he came yesterday. He was polite, professional, and got to his work. He later went over our results and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. Congratulations Western, you have another great employee.
Dillon is a trooper and dedicated. I set a tough task and he did not hesitate going after old pipes in a tough place. He was open to my questions and shared insights I was not aware were solutions. Hope to work with him again on improvement projects now that the core system is upgraded.
