Tyrell was incredibly helpful in solving a zoning issue that another large HVAC company here in the valley couldn't solve in 5 visits. Tyrell resolved it in an hour... go with Western...dont make the same mistake I did.

Brent came to our house to look at our 20 year old AC that was making strange and loud sounds. He suggested that after 20 years I got my money out of it and may be time to put it to rest. After showing me many options and I chose the one we wanted. I need it installed very quickly, Brent made it happen. Thank you Brent Shawn Draper and Harrison came to do the install. They did a great job and kept the house clean doing a difficult install. Our system is working great. Thank you all
