Slow delivery, frequent flaws in the glass. Many remakes. Lots of lost time.
The receptionist has bad phone manner.
You can't go wrong with Sam and his team at Western. We order all of our mirrors from Western. Their service is top notch. I stopped by with my two girls the other day and Sam had new toys for them. They were thrilled. When I called to thank him he told me it's the grandparents job to spoil kids and the parents job to keep them in line. :) The personal touch you get is unrivaled. Every time you call you can hear him smiling on the phone. We love Western Glass and you will too.
