Would give 1.5 stars if I could due to actual technicians that did work were solid, everything beyond that was poor to horrible with this business. I rarely leave reviews, exceptional or horrible experiences. The ownership, estimator/operations lead and front desk of this company are horrible. If you would like two mis-measured windows that do not fit by 6” either side and your existing window was destroyed as it was removed with no one test fitting new window so you then get sheets of OSB and no view for your new window, hi... read more
I'd do 2.5stars if possible. Nicest folks, family?run business, dog friendly, takes time to answer your q's and seemingly just allaround nice persons. So why the 2, 2.5stars? Because price for job jumped around $10 higher for no reason (given). And bad on me for not calling them out on it, I just couldn't though. So maybe this revu more reflective of customer, just beware.
I had an excellent experience with Western Glass and I highly recommend them. I rarely leave google reviews but their customer service, quality, and price was outstanding so I wanted to pass along the recommendation.
I had all new windows and a door put into my home by WESTERN GLASS. The crew was very professional, friendly, and efficient! They did a great job
