Only rating customer service. Their staff's customer service was the best thing about my experience with my pick up they were extremely friendly and willing to fix issues that occurred. The location ( which I heard they are changing thank goodness) is awful for OTR drivers. Backing into the indoor dock from the street filled with cars and random pedestrians on break Jwalking constantly. Not to mention the street is angled horribly with drainage curbs that are death traps for semis and no actually parking so there only draina... read more
