I am a car dealer and I have never dealt with such rude people in my life. I give them all the paperwork they need and then they keep asking my customers for more and also changing my deals which changes the payments for customers and the amount our dealership is paid on the car after the deal has been done. This is no way to do business and I can't guess on what I am going to get paid on a vehicle after they have "approved" it. When I call the reps are hateful and rude. Im surprised they are still in business.

For 3 years Sergio Sanchez in Las Vegas has been an amazing rep for my company. He calls faithfully every day if not defiantly every other day to make sure I am aware of upcoming changes and keeps me in the loop with my dealer relationship with Westlake as if he was here locally in Florida. Very happy with this company. VERY happy with my rep!

Don’t fund your car through this company they harass you about your payments calling nearly 10 times a day on the day it’s due like can I get a chance to wake up ! Also they lie and place charges that are NOT authorized and say well duh it’s not going through that’s because I didn’t call to make a payment yet !

Ok I bought my car in nov 2018... Never once missed a payment total car amount 14999... Payment 450.01 Fast forward 9 months payment owed 13371... Its not adding up. Getting a lawyer

Scam!!! Purchased a car through a scam artist dealership and before we could even make the first months payment on the car this bank allowed the dealer to call pay off my loan and sent him the title and ownership of the car. When I called they refused to talk to me said go talk to the dealer and also told me I have no rights to any paperwork with my name on it for the auto loan. Lawyer time!!!

I CANNOT wait until I pay off my car loan with these people...Customer service is VERY VERY VERY RUDE. I was hung up on once and when I called back after several attempts someone answered but they had a bad attitude and was very nasty...I will not recommend anybody to use this place for nothing..

I am so glad I just paid off my loan and will never use this company again. Customer service is rude and they always send me to the wrong department. They aren't willing to work with you if you fall a little behind.
