It's not good at all. I do not recommend them, they do not give good service. And neither do the agencies that work with them. They don't help the customer. They do not give information about anything. I never recommend it.
Like the other 2 car dealers that left reviews, i agree that this company is THE WORST FINANCE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH AS A DEALER. Allow me to explain; When they send an approval to the dealer on a car loan the amount to finance will show $11500.00. But the check to dealer is only$5900.00 which means they (Western Funding) keep $5600.00 of the amount to finance. I am a Car Dealer. Worst customer service for customers and dealers. Won't respond to emails, texts, or calls. Gives same excuses over and over and over. As a dealer, you send in paperwork, they'll stall it, and won't pay you. Then your stips will get old and you'll have to re-collect. You'll do this 3-4 times and by then, you'll be totally upset and pissed off because it's been 3-4 months since you submitted the deal.
