Ms Their customer service is terrible. We were left to wander the store unassisted and told to "just pick something out". None of our questions were answered and we were told that "a technician doesn't just come out to your home. You have to know what you would want." Will never do business with them and do not recommend them at all, ever!
High end products with low end service They have unique and expensive products but provided us very little customer sevice. We had a few requests that, most anywhere else would have been inclusive to price (e.g. grill set up), and none received a 'yes' response. The staff was nice and product fine, but if you want 'above and beyond' service, this is not the place.
