Ordered a radio holster on August 1st. Expected arrived date was August 13th. That date came and went with no response from the company. Sent them an email. They said it was on back order. Now it is August 25th. Still crickets chirping, no follow up or response about the radio holster. They were quick to take my money but I still don't have what I paid for. I won't be buying anything from them again.
Ordered a 150 dollar Kore belt through them and I am extremely disappointed. The belt buckle goes on the wrong way. As if I am left handed. Yet western supply refuses to do anything about it. Worst purchase and customer service ever !!!!!
Happy with the service provided. Ordered a pair of gloves form them, shipping was incredibly fast. Happy to support a local business!
I placed an order and was told that, due to the current fires in CA, they would have to order the 20 pairs of gloves needed. Estimated lead time was a few weeks. Within one week, the gloves arrived. I do not know what Western Fire did, but we are grateful for their hard work in making this happen.
Horrible company. Bought something they had on sale online. Paid for it, money taken out of account, receipts sent, email saying it was being shipped. Then THEY cancelled my order when I didnt want to or agree to cancel. Did not refund me, and won't respond to any emails regarding the matter. So basically they just stole my money. Adding extra since they lied in their response. I can send e mail screen shots of how nothing was "demanded". I can show emails how it wasn't canceled right away.
