This is by far the most incompetent company I have ever encountered. For over four months now, Western FireSupply has owed me over $3,500. I receive no replies to my emails. Please be careful and do not trust this company. We are a Swiss NGO with an excellent reputation worldwide.
We are a non-profit organization ( 22nd Wild Life ) run entirely by volunteers, and this has been by far the worst customer service experience we’ve ever had. Our order was split into numerous small shipments, many with incorrect customs declarations, causing massive and unnecessary customs and handling fees that our organization simply cannot afford. Ordered a radio holster on August 1st. Expected arrived date was August 13th. That date came and went with no response from the company. Sent them an email. They said it was on back order. Now it is August 25th. Still crickets chirping, no follow up or response about the radio holster. They were quick to take my money but I still don't have what I paid for. I won't be buying anything from them again.
Ordered a 150 dollar Kore belt through them and I am extremely disappointed. The belt buckle goes on the wrong way. As if I am left handed. Yet western supply refuses to do anything about it. Worst purchase and customer service ever !!!!!
