If I could rate this company at a zero, I would be doing this because even a 1 star is too much for the LACK of help and support that this company has given me. I had paid for a year of insurance in full through Western Financial for my rental property, and it has been since April that I have waited to find out what is going on with my claim (almost 3 months and still no word).
