Seems that they’re okay when you don’t claim, will cancel on your insurance when you claimed even if it’s a non fault been a month waiting for a new insurance, and seems that they don’t care about us anymore. Emailing and calling but seems there’s no insurance for us yet. Cancelled on us on a Sunday and when you call them they said sorry we cannot reinstate it. What a disappointment been with them since 2016 but this is how we were treated.
Dawn is an amazing agent. We met her on her first day and she was very patient and thorough with all our questions and concerns. We were brand new to Alberta driving from Ontario. We were tired and she made the whole insurance experience easy. 1 year later and she is still helping us out continuing insurance for all our needs. The branch staff are also very friendly and easy to deal with. Thanks to everyone 😊
Worst insurance provider I ever know. Never have concern broker to their customer. They just wait until you approach them. Personally, i would recommend anyone to never tried this company. They are only after your money. No services at all.
