Waiting an hour for my appointment is ridiculous, people getting called before me and they were coming after me, my appointment was 10:50 was there on the dot and getting called 12:00 just not acceptable. Visited on Sunday dr Jason

Outstanding service from Dr. Phyo Pyae Sone at Western Family Medical Centre. His professional approach, clear explanations, and genuine personal care make a world of difference. He always makes you feel well looked after. I would also highly recommend Dr. Pyae Sone Soe (Jason) for his acupuncture services. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and provides excellent care, making patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their treatment.

As other people mentioned, unfriendly/rude receptionists, the appointment doesn't mean a thing. You still HAVE TO WAIT, NOT 5-15minutes, BUT MINIMUM 40 minutes. I had visited twice and both happened. I still have to go back one more time but will be my last and I will do Walk in, I still have to wait but at at least I come in on my own term.

Having a place to care about our Health concerns with a team that improves every needed visit. There is no rating in a medical facility that can define the service as just ok. It's either a no place to go back or a place to walk in with the assurance of care, and they have the environment for assurance of Care. The Health system has a standard to follow by all the Practitioners and Clinical staff, Patients who seek their care make ways for better understanding for progressive standard of Health Services.
