Very professional, efficient support staff
I came to this clinic after being dissatisfied with the conduct of the admin staff at the Mosman Park branch. The attitude of the Karrinyup staff was completely different than what I experienced at their sister clinic. Being greeted in a timely manner by a pleasant, polite receptionist made all the difference. And Dr Jane Kahn is always professional.
I have been visiting Western Eye for a few years now with my son, who has some complexed issues with his eyes. I have seen nothing but professionalism, respect and kindness from the staff and doctors. We’ve never had a negative issue in the many times we have been there. I cant rate them too highly.
Ridiculous terrible service! We had to wait a few months to see the doctor, another 1,5 months to get the quote. No emergency options for children. Very disappointed. Please, avoid this clinic!
