Do not use this company. They quoted me $21,960 and then tried to finance it to my wife for 144 months. They claimed I need to replace all of the insulation for $16,800 and wanted another $4,100 just to spray foam into a couple of tiny holes and then on top of that they wanted $860 to place traps. They sales guy Nick Gross said it was one of the 10 worst infestations he has ever seen and that Nevada had 3 deaths from rat related diseases. I asked him to leave my house nicely.
