Had an appointment for 2-3:30 window. Told I would receive a call prior to arrival. A few minutes before 5:00 I called the main office because Justin had not been to my house nor called. Receptionist tried calling Justin and his mailbox was full. Asked if I wanted to reschedule. Are you kidding me!? Why would I do business at all with them after such poor customer service. No apology offered either. I’ve told as many people as I can NOT to hire their service!!! How are they even in business?

Our exterminator is thorough, consistent, and cordial (professional).
Juan ,is very professional and does detailed work , he makes sure we are doing good and no pest presence, he follows up and is always asking how things are ? If we need any other services . He is on it !
