Con Artists! They purposefully don't fully treat so that they have reason to return and have you on the hook for ongoing business! They have treated several units in our Marina del Rey luxury apartment complex and the tech smirked at me when I accused him of not comprehensively treating our kitchen so that he'd have ongoing business!

Termites taken care of! We had an infestation of termites that did quite a bit of damage to our house. We called 3 local companies and found Firefly Pest Solutions to be the most professional and very reasonable compared to the others. Everything was explained clearly and we were provided a written estimate and proposal. We especially appreciated how clean and tidy they were during the process! Highly recommend this company for any bug problem!!!!

Not a positive experience! What service I received verses what I paid was not in line. I suggest future customer ask for the service quote in writing.

No More Ants We were using another pest control service where the guy was only spenting 5 minutes here and would take off. We had ants and would repeatly call for service and it would take over a week before he would show up. I asked him to check the crawl space but he was too big to go in it.....We were referred to Firefly and the difference in companies is like day and night. Excellent service!! I have had several pest control services over the course of the years. I contracted with Gemtek about a year ago when we started seeing earwigs in our laundry room. Gemtek was very professional in taking care of the earwigs. What I like about their service is they cover everything with one package. I didn't have to pay extra to take care of my wasps or spiders. Business Owner Our commercial office had a serious bird problem. Droppings and birds nesting all over the front entry. We contacted Firefly Pest Solutions for an estimate.
