Run far away from this company. They are very dishonest
I cannot believe this place I have serious situation going on and they made worse by first not being able to come out and service right away, no empathy, then told will get call back before 10 am next day was never told there won’t be inspectors available on that day till next week then having to be told in an argumentative voice no solutions were offered so I asked to speak to super or manager none were available till next day late evening Wow awful
Utterly disappointed in their service. After the second time they failed to appear for a scheduled service (both times resulting in pest outbreaks!), I knew it was time to move on. Would not recommend them.
