We hired Western Exterminator Santa Maria to address gophers/moles in our front yard. They addressed the issue with an exhaust system. The treatment cost $375 and came with a 30 day warranty. The rodents returned within a week of the first treatment and the yard was treated again. The rodents returned again about a week after the second treatment and the yard was treated a third time. While I have had a few issues previously with a cost issue for termite damage repair, my recent experience was great. The inspector, Carrie, is thorough and very informative. She did a great job helping me navigate some unfinished repair work. Once done, she re-inspected the area and provided the report.

If you want a good exterminator CALL ANOTHER COMPANY. I had a Very bad experience. I had a billing and schedule issue. Talked to 3 people got 3 different answers. Talked to the district manager and got another answer. Her excuse was "we got a new system and the reps don't know how to use it." That is no excuse. TEACH THE EMPLOYEES TO USE THE SYSTEM BEFORE YOU PUT THEM ON THE PHONE.

Western Exterminators, Santa Maria, did termite repair work on our Pismo Beach home for refinance purposes. We are happy with the work, and the price. The problem is in billing. Their financial office is in PhIledelphia. It “takes three weeks to process payment”. To close escrow we authorized payment through escrow and stopped payment on the personal check.
