They put people who direct traffic who are unable or unwilling to speak English. Then the same person who can't help you with directions threatens you with the "policia " (sp). They create detours but don't put any signs up to let you know the alternate route. Not everyone has lived in North Platte all their life. Their office is closed but the crews work until "dusk" making it double the commute to get home. Very frustrating.
Did a fine job of loading my truck and got me out quickly. It's all good here!
