These absolute beauties have been working hard on our elevator at the place I work and are incredibly nice and professional dudes with amazing attitudes and work! Crazy how fast and efficiently this elevator went up! Highly recommend
Service is so slow and inefficient you have to wait for parts for long also service team is so busy unavailable for long time.we have to lift my daughter upstairs and downstairs with ventilator and she is 27 not a child because her medical bed and accessible washroom is upstairs but special power chair which got special seating because of her scoliosis surgery left downstairs for many days and still struggling to get a fix no one listen.we will never buy western again.
I was extremely disappointed with Western Elevator. What a let down.
Delbert and team ar Western Elevator were excellent to work with. Great communications, clean and pro work all around. Highly recommended!
