My garage opener is very old to say the least. He suggested a good replacement if I ever decided to replace it. Without being pushy. I only had a broken spring. The opener is still runnin its little heart out. He replaced both springs. Quick response. The service man (Tom) was very courteous, experienced, personable and polite. It was just a small iron works job but this company treated it like it was a huge one. Even though I emailed them over the weekend, Matthew Melton emailed me back quickly while he was in California! He sent Tim over to give me an estimate and let's face, who wants to drive to Sunrise Mountain just to give an estimate. Tim came over twice. My springs on my door at home broke and I couldn't get out of my house. They were there in 20 minutes to get my door up and running for me. I was then able to make it to work without to much of a delay. Thank You!
