Never again will I purchase products from this company. The inability to allow us the process of returning is horrible. My husband purchased a product via there website, once we received it we noticed it would work for us. So tried to process this return and get this notice that we can't because it's still being processed. We have the product in hand. So we submitted a ticket and nothing for a week. Called customer service and was told some excuse that their systems were down. But that will escalate the matter. Waited a week... read more
