This was the first time I had installed hardwood floors in my entire house, and Western Design provided all the elements needed to make this an outstandingly successful installation. The salesperson, Andrew Crocker, was happy to lend me samples to take home, and also to keep for a period of time so I could test with different light, furniture, and other elements.
