I highly recommend you steer away from this company the woman name Cheryl is very rude. And her cost is absorbent I would definitely stay away from this company they also are looking at filing bankruptcy from what I hear, thats probably why she is so rude. Also lost contracts in the malls for their shady business doing.
Very bad experience with this company with roof line lighting materials. The plastic casing on the magnet clips deteriorated within a year, even though they're marketed for outdoor use. When I notified the owner, she said all she could do was send a different type of plastic clip that doesn't use magnets. No refund or offer to make this right. To reattach using the alternative clips will cost me in labor, lift rental and the materials needed to attach the clips since all the original magnets have failed. Very dissatisfied wi... read more
