Excellent service and everything was done with care and information. My wait time was normal ( 1-2 hrs) at a specialist clinic. When visiting a specialist clinic, it is rarely a 15 min wait. As for the procedure mine, took a good 45-50 min as it was an operation of a large cyst, that had to be cut out on my skull,. I noticed other patients who came in before me were treated asap so as to not be waiting too long. When we went to Jack traveling 2.5 hours for a 7am appointment, was full on but we were hopeful of finally getting down to finding out treatment for some skin issues. We left hopeful, knowing it did not come cheap to see skin specialist. What we did not expect was Jack prescribed new drugs to take and it made the skin condition worse. I had a very disappointing experience over 2 years of treatment with Dr Jack Green. Wait times were consistently 2–3 hours, only to be followed by a very brief consultation where it felt like he did not remember or fully understand my son’s case. As a result, my teenage son was over-medicated, which was extremely concerning.
