Waiting for 90 minutes with appointment just for a 5minute consoltaions to come back the next day very sad how we are treated these days
My appointment was completed pretty much on time. The staff, as always, were fabulous!
The staff are very nice but the waiting time durring an appointment sucks. I've waited hours, once I had to leave due to uni exams, last appointment I miss a different appointment as I was there waiting in the waiting room. I've been going for years with only minor improvements, I've never met Dr Mat Green but he does all my prescriptions. Noticed they have put up signs saying "not to ask staff about waiting times" obviously it is a common issue, otherwise staff are very nice.
The clinic should seriously pay some attention to their patient management and scheduling. Dont over book if you cant manage patients. Waited around an hour for an appointment. People do take time off work to be here on a weekday and maintaining the appointment timing will be appreciated.
Hopelessly slow waiting times when there. Expect 60-90 min wait.
