Unsure as to why we waited over 45 mins to see dr Sarvjit Kumari when she saw us for not even 10 minutes, charged $360+ and didn’t even look at my sons skin?! I told her about the perpetual staff infection and eczema and she gave me RCH printout for a bleach bath and a script for a steroid cream. Both of which our GP had done multiple times over the last 5 years. When I asked if she could look at the skin I was told that she could see from His hand it was just eczema and to get on top of that. Very annoyed!

I was honestly a bit sceptical of coming to this place based off of the reviews but my experience with Dr Jack Green was actually very good. I am an individual of colour and Dr Jack Green and his assistant they were very mindful of my skin tone and preventing causing any further pigmentation issues. They thoroughly had a look at my skin and came up with the treatment plan that WORKED. I was referred to this dermatologist for my 5 month old son, upon arrival I had to wait about 20mins to check in my sons appointment was schedule for 1:15 and we weren’t seen until 2:30. We saw Dr Sarvjit Kumari who I had a good experience with she listened to why we were visiting the clinic and made me feel comfortable - she did get her colleague Dr Jack Green to come in for a second opinion I found him to be extremely dismissive and made me feel very silly for the reasons I was visiting in regards to my son. Received a referral for this dermatology clinic; I was a bit worried because of the negative reviews on here, but my experience was 10/10. The receptionist staff were lovely and Dr. Kumari was extremely compassionate and helpful. Thank you so much.
