I was referred to this dermatologist for my 5 month old son, upon arrival I had to wait about 20mins to check in my sons appointment was schedule for 1:15 and we weren’t seen until 2:30. We saw Dr Sarvjit Kumari who I had a good experience with she listened to why we were visiting the clinic and made me feel comfortable - she did get her colleague Dr Jack Green to come in for a second opinion I found him to be extremely dismissive and made me feel very silly for the reasons I was visiting in regards to my son. Received a referral for this dermatology clinic; I was a bit worried because of the negative reviews on here, but my experience was 10/10. The receptionist staff were lovely and Dr. Kumari was extremely compassionate and helpful. Thank you so much.
I had a very disappointing experience with Western Dermatology. Their payment process and communication were misleading. Even after making payment, I continued to receive emails requesting payment, which caused unnecessary stress and confusion. This reflects poor communication and a lack of professionalism. Patients should not have to chase the clinic to clarify whether their account has been paid. Clear, accurate, and timely communication is a basic expectation in healthcare. Excellent service and everything was done with care and information. My wait time was normal ( 1-2 hrs) at a specialist clinic. When visiting a specialist clinic, it is rarely a 15 min wait. As for the procedure mine, took a good 45-50 min as it was an operation of a large cyst, that had to be cut out on my skull,. I noticed other patients who came in before me were treated asap so as to not be waiting too long.
