I had a very disappointing experience with Dr Jack Green’s clinic. My appointment was scheduled for 10:15 AM, but I wasn’t seen until 12:30 PM — over 2 hours late. What made this worse was the complete lack of communication. No courtesy call, no proactive update. When I asked the staff about the delay, I was repeatedly told “just 30 more minutes” and that only two patients were ahead — which clearly wasn’t true. A simple routine 5 minute consultation takes over 2 hours of waiting. Pre booked, arrived on time to be advised running half an hour late… why no previous sms or other warnings? So given travel times and half an hour delay.. we wait. So, two hours later and almost quarter hour assurances I finally sit in the great man’s office (Jack West) for another half hour. Zero care and an instant masterclass in bedside apathy. After an unnecessarily long wait, a straightforward case of post-inflammatory depigmentation was confidently mislabeled as vitiligo within 2 minutes and without even asking any background, because why bother with accuracy when panic is more profitable?
