This office is a joke - 3 hour appointments - waiting almost 2 hours - overbook - never advised me of any authorizations until they expired then would have to start whole process over - never submitted documents requested by insurance for approval- billed for services that I never received and am in collections - called office several times and was told the office manager would call me back - finally got a call 5 months later - very unprofessional - dresses like she's going out to a club - skin tight pants with **** me pumps... read more
