It gets two stars. the x-ray guy was excellent. After that, it was all downhill. Including the gum X rip off sales pitch that I got. Of course it’s not covered by insurance because it’s not necessary, but they make it sound necessary. They want to charge you $1400 for something you get on Amazon cheaper which I found out later and too late. Gum X is something western dental corporate makes them all try to sell to customers. I was disappointed with my experience at this dental office. I received fluoride fillings without being asked beforehand or having the treatment clearly discussed with me. I believe patients should be informed about what materials and procedures are being used and given the opportunity to consent before treatment. My wife also had unfinished dental work, including a crown that still needed to be placed. She called the office about completing the work, but the dentist never returned her call. Beware! This place is a scam!! They do not do a good job cleaning your teeth, and that's if they even get to it. I made an appointment here for me and my kids here and after 3 hours, they told me they had to break for lunch and that I would have to come back for my cleaning. My kids who did get their teeth cleaned told me that it was rushed and that they did not do a good job. The doctor did have time to tell me that I needed an excessive amount of treatment that would have cost me over $1700 out of pocket. He recommended a ... read more

Lazy, Incompetent front desk staff, rude with bad attitude. 3 rescheduled appointments and they could never get it right. For your sake look for another place and save yourself a bad experience.
