They helped my 3 year old who needed a lot of work done and made her feel comfortable. Very compassionate team.
If I Could I would give it no stars? This is the worst dentist office. I've ever been to the girl in the front office hung up on me because I was trying to tell her I didn't want to go under. I wanted novocaine and she got upset.
Yesterday my son went in for an appointment at 3:30, and he did not get seen until about 5:00. And when the doctor finally came in to examine all he did was told him he had two cavities and needed braces when originally my son came in to get a cleaning. By the end of his appointment he never got the cleaning he was rescheduled and all they wanted to do was sell braces. I don't appreciate the carelessness on how my son was handled I'm very surprised at Western dental because me and my son have been going there for a while now... read more
This location of Western dental treated me so well... I not only got my braces/checkup at a extremely timely manner, I will continue my services here as I was welcomed and treated with the upmost kindness and respect! I couldn't be more thankful to the reception, doctors and staff that provided me {A+} 10/10 service, for the staffs explanations/time and patience I couldn't be more thankful! Special thanks to Angie and Veronica for being the best Easy and fast scheduling , and accomodating!
