The front desk is very rude this morning senior patient waited almost 2 hrs I would not recommend this place.
They treated me so good I’m definitely going to come back, everyone was no nice!
I was an ortho pt for coming on to 3yrs. The ortho doctor and assistants were great never had an issue as far as customer service went. However, I do regret getting braces with the patient care coordinators at this facility. I was charged for products that were never provided at the time I started my ortho. I was over charged for items I never received. Upon discovering this I did reach out to the office manager Angelica to obtain a refund.
