Bait and switch on your insurance. They lure you in saying they accept ur insurance on the appointment line but when you come in they want to put you on payment plan. Just a waste of time.
Staff is friendly and timely. Lisa has amazing customer service and rapport building skills to make me feel comfortable and excited to return. In addition, I learned some helpful tips to improve my dental hygiene even more due to her knowledge. As I left, other staff members wished me a good day, which was very kind. Can’t wait to come back!
I came in with no high hopes for my smile as it has been my biggest insecurity for many years. Right away was the dentist able to shave down a porcelain tooth that was so huge compared to the tooth next to it. It is my front tooth and everyone notices it first. My last dentist refused to shave it. And I was able to get a very broken wisdom tooth pulled same day with the oral surgeon. False hour advertising on Google and Apple Maps…they are not open on Saturday! Was very disappointed to come across this when we drove in-person at 8am for an orthodontic emergency only to find it closed.
Lisa has provided me the best customer service I have received. She made a stressful situation a breeze. I now feel more confident moving forward with my procedure. She also took the time to go over my information and update my files. She also provided me with some much needed information.
