Front Desk: Do not rely on Melissa for anything that requires real attention. Unfortunately, her primary customer service approach is identifying tactics to pass the buck. For the last 2 years, Western Dental has been sending me harassing mail. These are advertisements for the services printed on pink paper and intentionally disguised as final notice "Past Due" balance slips.
