I had an issue with my bite after a couple of fillings were replaced and had difficult time trying to get an appointment that fit my schedule for an adjustment.
I had such an amazing experience with Western Dental! I originally went to the Chandler location and everything was so quick and smooth from start to finish. The staff was attentive, caring, and really listened to my needs instead of making me feel rushed. They helped us get a great dental plan that actually works for our situation, and I left feeling extremely satisfied and taken care of. Definitely one of the best dental experiences I’ve had — highly recommend!
Miguel is funny and very nice
Very unprofessional. I was supposed to get a filling on a certain day. But they asked me if it's alright to change the date. I said yes and said they would put it into the system. And I got an email saying that exact new date. I made sure to arrive and I waited almost two hours and even called and I could hear people coughing in the back on call before going home because apparently they weren't open even though they were the one to ask and change my appointment date. I had a wonderful experience at the tempe office, veronica made the check in process smooth and went over the cost with me until I was satisfied and I appreciate her patience. The xrays went by fast and I hadnt had any in a long time so I appreciate the back office for their support as well. I was able to get my cleaning the same day, thank you to the tempe staff I will see you guys in 6 months!
