I followed up at this dental clinic with extreme disappointment. I stayed in the clinic for 2 and half hours. I only got a rudeness X-ray examination and 30 seconds looking for my oral cavity. Then , the staff only working on the computer like doing assignments. Finally, I got $190400 quote for 2 tooth dental implants' recommendations , scaling with medication. The managers there are very rude especially that Mexican one with blonde hair or dyed hair she is very unprofessional and rude she could of told me ma'am we don't want to see you stop wasting my time on trips and gas she scheduled me 3 times and the 3 times she canceled me she lied like a little kid and you call that a manager hahaha sorry but she isn't a good one and she needs to be dismissed I wasted 3 days of my job but because shejust said so and then they expect people to talk wonders about them. I felt dismissed and invisible at all 3 visits I've had. I think they need to get their employee schedule in better shape.
Estoy muy molesta por el servicio Pésimo las personas que atienden y el dentista muy grosero y muy brusco me lastimó bastante las encías No recomiendo para nada que gasten en su dinero y metan su aseguranza Me dejaron mi servicio a medias tengo una cita desde el mes de marzo hasta junio que me están postergando para que me tapen caries me hicieron la mitad del servicio Pésimo mal servicio no lo recomiendo para nada
I waited over an hour for a teeth cleaning and had to reschedule. It's a work week and some people can't wait an hour plus. Not the first time with wait time being this long. I've also had appts where they said they were closed when I walked in BEFORE my appointment.
