Make yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE! they do fraud! they told my husband the insurance wasnt covering service and charged him $700 and the insurance confirmed that they had paid for all services. They pocketed the money and I will be filing a formal complaint with the state. The office staff is very rude.
