I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly caring, kind, and welcoming. Rena went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my visit and truly made me feel at ease. The doctor did an outstanding job—he was so gentle, patient, and compassionate. Reyna was courteous enough to apologize for being so unorganized not very good communication here at the beginning of my service they told me I wouldn’t have to pay anything then they stopped my service five minutes into it saying I will have to pay $600. The bottom line is they’re very unorganized. There is your coordination. There is no sign indicating you cannot pay Apple Pay. I had to go to the bank come back they didn’t have change for me. I went in as a first time patient. Got a deep cleaning and X-rays. Every staff member was more than friendly. Doctor Kumar did a great job with my teeth. Usually going to the dentist makes me very nervous. Having your mouth open wide, and teeth poked is usually uncomfortable. But I had a great time with everyone. Cracking jokes and getting all my questions answered. I noticed how even with the other patients and myself, they check in regularly with you. Dr. Kumar was very kind and efficient and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The rest of the staff are all extremely warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend getting dental care from this team :)
