The Woodland office is new, clean, has state of the art equipment, professional office staff who are kind, and dentists who know their trade and tell you true. (Special thanks to Reyna, the lovely manager of Western Dental. My last Dentist had staff literally out of Dante's Inferno, so I can only voice how very much I appreciate Reyna's kindness.) Completely impressed with their manner of business, I'm giving Western Dental, Woodland, 10 out of 10. I've found my dental home! Thank you!
First time ever leaving a review on a business for being bad. Got in quickly for my 11AM appointment, finished xrays by 11:30. The man who did them said little to no words to me, and rushed the entire process, running around everywhere. I then waited until 1:30PM with no update from anyone. Let alone anyone coming in to check on myself or the patients in the rooms next to me. I feel very well taken care of at this office. Everyone is so kind and pleasant to interact with, from the girls in the front office to the dental team. Dr. Dhai is the best dentist I've ever had. Not only do I feel very comfortable with her but she is so skilled at what she does. Shoutout to Katie as well, who is the loveliest dental hygienist ever! They are so great at their jobs. Highly recommend!
Very clean, friendly and relatively fast. Trey always does it the best with a smile on his face! Thank you.
I was able to get all of my treatment done by Dr. mann. Katie was helpful with the process.
