They are really cool people in there. Fast, helpful always answer the phone and remember your name. It's my favorite western dental by far. This place in Woodland made me like western dentals again.
They told me to come in for a cleaning. The hygienist? who came in did work in a very rushed manner, then told me to wait for a doctor. Waited an hour, only for them to return and state the doctor said to give me fluoride. He then proceeded to apply the fluoride in 5 seconds, getting it all over my face in the process. I understand they likely work with a lot of patients, but I find this sort of service unsatisfactory.
Simply not good enough guys. My girlfriend and I drove 150 miles since we moved to give service here because our insurance doesn’t translate to our state. We were told 8 weeks ago my girlfriend braces would be taken off and the impression was taken. We then drive 150 miles to western dental for them to tell us the Lab rejected the mold they took for the retainer, with no text or call before we drove. I had such a great experience at Western Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very helpful with all my questions. The front desk made the check-in process quick and easy, and I really appreciated how clearly they explained my treatment options and payment plan. The dentist and assistants were gentle, caring, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit.
