My first appointment I was there for 4 hours. My second appointment was on time. My third appt I waited 1 hrs in the waiting room. I'm old and their chairs are very uncomfortable.
Great place professional and explained everything perfectly
I came into Western Dental on Standiford because it is around the corner from my house. My first appointment was around 3 hours, but the office did inform me that and also because it was my first appointment with them. As I entered, I was greeted courteously and checked in. The whole process was dealt with efficiently. It will help for first time customers to fill out packet beforehand or online. Maria & Dr. Vu are the best, along with all the other staff! They both made the process easy to understand and straightforward.
