Offered no sedation for tooth extraction. Endo/dentist puts numbing gel on my gums because he is going to give me shots to numb the area before he begins, however he immediately started the injections without giving the numbing cream time to take affect. So i felt every injection in my mouth. He then sends my pain medicine to the pharmacy under the wrong birth date. Prescription for tooth extraction pain was a 600 mg Ibuprofen as if its a headache I'm dealing with. Ended up having to go to the emergency room for pain managem... read more
why schedule people at a certain time if you aren’t going to attend them until an 1hr 1/2 later, after waiting when i went in they spent less than 10 minutes for a cleaning all they did was polish my teeth because according to them i had good hygiene yet i haven’t gone in years for a cleaning. absolute waste of my time. they waste your time and money. do not come here.

Appointment was at 8:15am it is now 10:28 and I'm still sitting in a dental chair with no help. Last 3 times I have been here it is about a 3 hour wait and then the dentist comes in saying we had an emergency. Well today I'm here for an emergency and the same thing happened again. It seems like they call their friends and family in from the lobby with priority treatment. Still sitting here waiting with no help and excruciating pain. They have an excuse for everything.
