Highest praises to Michelle the manager and Rosie who works up front. Amazing workers who are helpful and supportive throughout your journey with them. My teeth are amazing and my confidence has never been better!
The most unprofessional, ridiculously awful dentist’s office in the entire region. We had an appointment scheduled for 1:00pm. It is now 3:30pm as I write this review and WE WERE STILL NOT SEEN. I have never had to wait 2.5 hours for a SCHEDULED appointment. The receptionists are awful and disorganized. When I asked the front desk where we were in the queue she had no idea and said she didn’t know how the x-ray technician picked patients to service. SO THEY ARE NOT GOING IN ORDER?! Been to this place about 3 times, I waited more than an hour all 3 times. One time I waited for an hour and 30 minutes just for them to tell me “were only doing xrays today, our doctor had to go home early.” Literally when I had 10/10 pain. Another time I waited an hour and 10 mins for them to do tell me my treatment plan and then to tell me “you have to come back later on in the day for your cleaning because our dental hygienist is backed up” like what??
