If I can give ZERO stars I would. This office is the most unprofessional office I have ever encountered. I went in last week with pain was told that I needed a root canal we scheduled for the week after. While I was waiting for them to schedule my appointment they seemed to busy talking about who was going to be picking up a cake in the morning, while patient were in line waiting to be helped. I went to have an exam and hygiene cleaning appointment at Western Dental located at 24th St. in Bakersfield, Ca. The hygienist Malhi cleaned only my front bottom teeth! While doing so she proceeded to scrape at resin I had on my bottom front teeth. I told her twice it was not tartar and she did not stop. When I left the office my tongue kept feeling rough edges and space where the resin had been. I made another appointment and was willing to pay to have the resin put back in. This place is NASTY. Dead bugs on the floor, white counters and cabinets with black marks all over them because they aren't cleaned. The staff has NO clue what's going on. I have attempted to get my teeth cleaned here multiple times and finally gave up. Stupid me for even going back with the way the place looks but my insurance sucks! It doesn't matter anyways they will scam your insurance. They bill your insurance for a teeth cleaning when you never received one. They simply do not care and never again will I go here. Stay away. I made an appointment for a routine cleaning. They advertised about $100 for the cleaning. After I made the appointment that is when they told me that charge was just for an evaluation. They tried to scam me. Stay Away!!!!!

This location is very bad. It lacks credibility and organization. We came four times and the job is completely done. Every time we come, the help desk has an excuse. Costomer service is awful and they treat customers unprofessionally. No clear messages given to us. It is a waste of time. 1 out of 5

I want to say how great my dental care has been with Dr. Zada and his assistant Walter. They have done a great deal of work on my teeth and it has all been of the highest quality. But it's not just that. They are great professionals that made me feel comfortable in these tough situation. I had very bad cancer that deteriorated my teeth and the care they have given me has been incredibly kind and gracious.
