I cant sleep or eat from how much pain i have so i made a appointment for a extraction they had me wait 1hour to be seen after i had my appointment at 9:30 i waited till 10:36 to be seen. When they started to numb me but I was still feeling pain so I asked to numb it more they said they couldn't so they went and started to poke me causing me alot of pain so they said they couldn't do it but I was still feeling pain after I asked if they can please numb it more they said no and sent me home the worse dental in redwood city I ... read more
The worst experience ever, they are not good at all it’s only a business, they want to get money anyways.
Unacceptable waiting time. For all of my past 6 or 7 appointments last year, I had to wait at least an hour in the waiting room, then another hour or so in the treatment room, for any procedure to be done. A few doctors that are there all the time had been great, but 3 or 4 doctors that seemed to be “on load” or temporarily assigned there were quite rough handling my jaw. It often felt raw for the rest of the day. After a series of experiences like that, I canceled the rest of my appointments for the year.
Been waiting months to be seen. I finally went and the X ray tech chipped my tooth and didn’t even apologize. Some of the workers are really nice especially the girl at the front desk with the glasses. Idk I honestly am never going back. Some of the most dumbest people work here and I almost crashed out but I kept my cool. If you wanna waste ur time definitely come here 🥰 The dentist was sweet but they need to fund his retirement idk if he could even see what was going on .
