Really bad service just looking to get your money no interest at all for the patients
Not the best experience, I’m sad and disappointed that my last visit was not that great too much miscommunication and rudeness, I come here for a long time but now this visit was awful they didn’t do really anything to make up for the worst experience of my visit. Here to also add that there is a male staff there that has super jittery hands. He ended up injuring my lip. And eventually the swelling went down. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is, without question, the worst dental office I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I’ve been going to Western Dental since I was a kid, and this Garden Grove location somehow manages to be the most chaotic, unprofessional, money-obsessed disaster imaginable. They don’t care about patients—just what they can squeeze out of your insurance. From day one, they were aggressively shoving braces at me. There the best at this location. I refer everyone I know here. They take their time with making sure your in top shape. And always ask if your alright throughout the procedure and make it tailored to your own personal experience. I wouldn't change my dentist for anything.
