Horrible wait times. My mom had an appointment at 11am and she got there 10:40am. It’s 12:20pm and she has yet to be seen. Yes I’m writing this as she waits.
**BEWARE** March 2026 I’m being charged over $600 two years later for the gum treatment(read below) because my insurance didn’t cover the treatment I didn’t need. Western Dental is deceiving patients!! You have been WARNED. They can send me to collections because I’m not paying another dime. I watched a video with regard to preventative treatment for gum recession during my first appointment at this location.
