They were great!!
It's now January 11th and I won't get my temp dentures or my permanent dentures. I was told that I need to go to a different dentist to finish with no reason why! I put my faith in these people to help get my beautiful smile back and now I have no teeth and my insurance doesn't pay the amounts they paid last year. So now I have no way to pay to fix what they were supposed to fix. I'm just devastated, that's an understatement. Ive had 4 visits to this office so far and I will say they have been great! From the receptionist ladies, Oral Surgeon , hygienist and Dr. Ho. I was super scared and they put me at ease every visit. They were so gentle and walked me through it all. Tooth extractions, deep cleaning, root canal and fillings. And the financing is so affordable! So happy I found this place.
If I could put negative stars I would! If you follow any reviews at all please follow mine regarding this office! This is the worst office I have ever been to or heard of. I know dentistry as my mother did dental hygiene for 45 years and I was an assistant 30 years ago. That being said I had beautiful teeth but due to an illness my teeth literally were breaking daily starting 5 years ago. I was scared and embarrassed I thought I would never need dentures.
