I have to change my rating. I’ve been misinformed about the finance aspect of my treatment. I’m nearing the end of my orthodontic treatment which I paid for out of pocket. I’m at the stage where I’ll be getting my teeth imaged for my retainer. I was contacted by corporate office and told there is a balance due which has been accruing each month since last April 2025. This has been a horrible experience we talked about a price and as time went on they added other procedures to do so price steady went higher. Then sat down and talked to a lady she about them asking for more money we agreed to pay but wanted to make sure that was it and that everything else she needed was included like built in retainer. It was my first time at Western Dental and I had a very positive experience. The doctor was friendly and approachable, and the X-ray tech was great, too. The office staff were also awesome--especially Marah, who went above & beyond to help me. Thank you so much!

The staff is unreasonable withe their service, they in order to repair my dentures they said I would have to be without for seven days. I told them I can’t be without my dentures because I have to work. I couldn’t get my dentures repaired and they refused to refund me for the service I already paid for.
