Esmeralda was so helpful explaining the financial to me! Was really sweet and nice. She also took her time and helped me look at ALL of the options for monthly payments. A true 5 star worker!
Very upsetting that I was paying for filling treatment for my daughter that was never done! I was never told to go back so she could get the treatment from anyone. If I don’t investigate I would have paid for treatment that was never done to my daughter.
Very bad and rude service, don't go to this place if you can find an alternative.
They’ve been denying care for my sister for months. Her braces had to be removed in Nov. but yet here we are. Tried transferring her to another office but their own WD orthodontist dont want to treat her. They have no problem taking our money but hate the idea of her actually getting treatment. One department says they don’t know when they’ll get a new doctor when another department says otherwise. Most unprofessional office I’ve ever dealt with.
