If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Every Western Dental I have been through always frustrates me, but this office is the worst! My daughter got a referral to this office for the oral surgeon to remove her almost 90-degree bottom wisdom teeth 6/19/2022. Something went wrong with the referral, then it had to be resubmitted. On 4/29/2022 the new referral was reissued after I had to call her dental plan to straighten it out. They cannot see her until 6/15/2022. Never go to this location the lady that working in front desk is so rude to the patients, my son appointment was at 3:00 pm and I see the doctor at 4:30pm about 1.5 hours wait to see the doctor

I took my grandson for an ortho consultation, the appointment was at 3:15 pm. We arrived a bit early, after waiting for 30 minutes, I went back inside and was told it would a couple more minutes. I went back into the office at 4:05 and was told there were no chairs available so I would just have to wait. After restating she told us it would be a couple of minutes the last time I checked, she said if I we don't like it, then leave. So we did!
