The orthodontics are really rude, especially the elderly dentist man with glasses. There are really nice people there that are sadly working at a bad area. I do not recommend going here at all because they are just extremely rude and will ruin your entire day.
Silly staff, they have the capacity to do more when you don't react sometimes they just have language/communication barriers in the way and thats okay dentistry at more expensive places will be sassy and take all of your money anyway so I would recommend this place
This place is a sucks.please don't go anyone there. The minimum wait time is 1 hour.if you take an appointment there you have to expense 3-4 hours for no reason.they never value the peoples time.such a bullshit.
This place opens at 9am but when I call the only number I can which is the whole company’s customer service line it says I’m calling after hours. I’ve been trying to see if my new retainers have came in yet but I haven’t been able to call on the days the orthodontists upstairs is open. It’s becoming frustrating because my teeth are shifting everyday I don’t have my retainers and it’s been almost a month since I had my appointment for new retainers.
