Silly staff, they have the capacity to do more when you don't react sometimes they just have language/communication barriers in the way and thats okay dentistry at more expensive places will be sassy and take all of your money anyway so I would recommend this place
This place is a sucks.please don't go anyone there. The minimum wait time is 1 hour.if you take an appointment there you have to expense 3-4 hours for no reason.they never value the peoples time.such a bullshit.
This place opens at 9am but when I call the only number I can which is the whole company’s customer service line it says I’m calling after hours. I’ve been trying to see if my new retainers have came in yet but I haven’t been able to call on the days the orthodontists upstairs is open. It’s becoming frustrating because my teeth are shifting everyday I don’t have my retainers and it’s been almost a month since I had my appointment for new retainers. Great experience at Western Dental. Professional staff and good dentist. Everyone is friendly.
We scheduled an appointment last minute for 4:00pm and when we arrived at 3:50pm, the doors were already locked! There was a sign on the door that showed their Saturday business hours as 8:00am-4:30pm which is also reflected online for the same location. It’s just disappointing for a business to not honor their business hours as advertised and not have a direct line to contact them in real time.
