Do not go here!! The manager and staff are all very rude, condescending and do not care about their patients! The Manager especially is uncaring and rude!
Dr Aljanabi was fantastic and so kind. The entire staff was efficient and helpful. Great service all around.
Do not go here. My child has severe trauma from receiving treatment here. 3 crowns and an extraction in under 20 min. They didn’t allow time for him to get numb or for the nitrous to take effect. When I asked them to stop, they kicked me out of the room and shut the door. My son was trembling for hours after. When I told them about our experience and that we would not be returning, the receptionist hung up on me.
These people are total ripoff I had to get a crown When they finished I told them it needed to be a implant They said it would be fine 5 weeks later it fell out went back it fell out Went a 3rd time fell out Then a 4th The lady with long finger nails said it wasn’t there fault and a implant would be 3,500 On top of this They clean my teeth and checked them Didn’t tell me I had 3 cavities They wait 6 months and say I need crowns Just to get more money This is a terrible place Never go there The people who did ex rays and the ... read more
