I wish I could give 0 stars. Waited an HOUR just to pick up a retainer, 2nd appointment after they LOST the first one. Im sick and tired of this place I only go here for my retainer because they won't let you transfer. They make you wait in the lobby for an hour to tell you to come back another day. Terrible service, terrible time management, no consideration for their clients, they're just money hungry. Terrible place, they make you wait over an hour for a simple service. They always cancel appointments, never give consistent information, charge you a TON for terrible service. It's ridiculous. The only positive reviews are for 1 person, which he is literally the ONLY person holding up the place or fake reviews. Either way, you are better off going somewhere else.
