Elizabeth Bon was amazing removing the glue from my braces. I don’t feel much pain as I usually do since my teeth are sensitive.
I was very disappointed with my experience at this dental office. I scheduled a cleaning but was only given X-rays and pressured into an orthodontic exam, despite already stating I was not interested. To make matters worse, I was then told there was no time for my cleaning. This felt like a bait-and-switch, prioritizing upsells over patient care. I would not recommend this practice.
Elizabeth Bon and the Vista team were amazing! I’ve never had a dentist or their team be so thorough and patient to actually explain everything to me and provide options. Highly recommend! Came in for a cleaning and walked out with braces!
They took good care of me and educated me on all my options thank you western i cant wait till thetr finished so i can have a beautiful smile.
