One star because the procedure was done fine so no problem there. The issue is they pulled one tooth and charged me for two. I’ve spoken to there front desk and called in and spoke to multiple people on the main line. Last week they called me five times asking me to go get another tooth pulled instead…huh? It’s been 3 weeks and now they just told me they are going to request to mail me a check…there’s no way this is legitimate for a medical facility in this state and scary if they are running a budget that tight.
We had an appointments last week . We showed up and the office was closed. No one notify us. We made another appointment for today8/16/ 2025 and the waiting time is more than one out in a very freezing room. The service was below expectations and they told us that the cleaning wasn’t covered.
Honestly a bad experience. The front office and the dentists are very disorganized. I was having oral surgery and neither the surgeon nor the office gave me any information. I was there for four hours waiting to be seen despite having an appointment. The staff is nice enough but definitely would not recommend this office.
