This office has caused me stress and emotional distress. When I first scheduled, I specifically asked if they accepted my PPO insurance and even offered to show my cards. I was told it wasn’t necessary and the appointment was set. After scheduling and arriving for my appointment the second time, the front desk told me they had no notes on my insurance at all. I been waiting for my appointment over an hour. How I got appointment at 9am and instead I been waiting for an hour. Very disappointment that while getting cleaning after an X Ray check. Another wait an hour got me bit frustrated.
My daughter had braces treatment for 24 months we had a great experience. She loves her new smile
My sister went to that dentist they have poor service , she wanted a treatment done they refuse too . She wanted an implant but they refuse to listen.
