I’m so pleased to know Cathy, who’s the manager is coordinating the front office. As my experience with past staff was very unpleasant. I recently came in with my mother and I’m considering returning back to this office, because of Cathy. Thank you Cathy for taking care of my mother.
The Orthodontist here, Dr. Mark Rashidi, is amazing. He has done work for my family members. He has such a calm, patient, and approachable personality that immediately puts you at ease. He listens, answers questions without making you feel rushed, and explains things in a way that’s easy to understand. He’s extremely careful and gentle during treatment, which I really appreciate. If you’re nervous about orthodontic work, this is the kind of doctor you want—kind, thoughtful, and very professional.
