The lady at the front desk made her own rules told me I have to be hours away from from here to get a referral to a different western dental which is a lie then told me she will accept my payment but I can’t be seen. Also not to mention same lady double charged my deposit and took 1000 from me in the beginning which I eventually ended up getting back months later after investigating I should have known better. How is this Women not fired.
I went to the loacation in clovis and had a really bad experience. I was able to get into the fresno location and it was a wonderful experience. Maribel helped me and everything was so easy and she was so sweet. She is 1 of the biggest reasons ill be coming back. Thank you!!
