This office is horrible. They scheduled me twice when they have a lunch break so they called me 5min before my appointment to tell me they can’t take me at that time. so I had to re-schedule my work and make a new appointment. Then they told me I’m not due for my 6month so we have to schedule it later in the month. But their scheduling team did not give me that info when I first booked the appointment. Pros: The dentists and the hygienists always do a good job when I come for my appointments (general and ortho) Cons: I have had one too many scheduling issues (with the call center and in person at the office), that made me drive to an appointment, only to be turned away. The first happened a couple of years ago. I wanted an appointment on a Saturday, so I called the western dental number and spoke with someone from the call center.
